As part of our expanding workload, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative.

Job Description:

We are offering a very competitive package for the correct candidate.

The business development representative will have day to day responsibility for commercial growth and development of the Water Treatment Division, working alongside our Contracts Manager and reporting to the Commercial Director your role will be responsible for:

Customers:

  • To work closely with current and prospective customers to understand their business needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within current and prospective markets.
  • Multi-channel follow-up to help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities.
  • Resolve customer enquiries both general and technical in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining active communication with leads by sending monthly targeted materials.

Financial:

  • Generate and execute sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities.
  • Work with the business to drive growth, customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Provision of monthly reporting data for an Operations and Commercial audience.

Team:

  • Promote productivity, innovation, personal ownership across all divisional teams.
  • Support continuous improvement & innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within the water treatment division.

We are presently seeking people who have:

  • Minimum of 2 years business development experience.
  • Water treatment industry experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Technical knowledge & understanding of water treatment equipment and processes.
  • Team player and the ability to work in a high energy sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Package.
  • Excellent customer focus.
  • Motivated self-starter.
  • Full clean driving licence.

Job Description:

We are offering a very competitive package for the correct candidate.

The Customer Services Manager will have day to day responsibility for the customer service administration team, reporting to the Commercial Director your role will be responsible for:

Customers:

  • Ensure customers' requirements are met while monitoring service level agreements to agreed standards, communicating, and acting as necessary internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships and effective communication with key stakeholders (internal and external customers).
  • Logging complaints and taking responsibility for ensuring that complaints are addressed and resolved.
  • Setup of new customer accounts (Service & Sales).
  • Plan & Confirm with Customers/Engineers Weekly Schedule & On Call Rota in conjunction with the service administrator.

Financial:

  • Ensure accurate and up to date information is available on our internal sales management software (Intact IQ)
  • Work with the business to drive growth, customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Ensure all invoicing is completed and processed in a timely manner

Team:

  • Plan and allocate resources effectively and ensure the team understands their responsibilities.
  • Promote productivity, innovation, personal ownership across all divisional teams.
  • Sales and Service administration management on a day-to-day basis.
  • Conduct team meetings to ensure timely and regular opportunities to discuss team-wide issues.

Process:

  • Promote a simplified workplace through adoption/development of Administration SOP's and policies.
  • Review and updating of SOP's and introduction of new SOP's as appropriate.
  • Provision of monthly reporting data for an Operations and Commercial audience.

We are presently seeking people who are:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent proven track record in an administration team management role.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in leading a team to deliver on shared objectives.
  • Strong customer services focus with experience in managing customer accounts and expectations to meet customer requirements.
  • Customer Services management experience
  • Previous working experience of Intact IQ software a distinct advantage
